Reservation Policy

There is a two night minimum on reservations (Three night minimum on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day Weekends.)

All reservations require an advance deposit equal to the first nights stay.  Reservations must be secured with a major credit card which will be charged the reservation amount.  This will pay for your first nights stay.    Cancellation fees apply if you do not cancel the reservation according to the policy below.

Only the person(s) named on the reservation may check in.  Please have your driver's license and vehicle license with you.  The balance is due upon check in.  Check in is at 3:00 p.m.  You may call in advance to see if you can check in earlier.  Once registration is complete and balance is paid, you will be issued your code.

Check out is 11:00 AM on your final day.

If you cancel your reservation 0 to 7 days before your stay, there is NO REFUND.  If you cancel your reservation 8 to 14 days before your stay, there is a 75% refund.  If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days before your stay, there is a 90% refund.  


Your deposit will be forfeited.

Registered guests or their visitors who violate Resort Rules and Regulations may be refused service and may forfeit paid fees.
